Happy to report that this is now possible with the API v2 currently in beta.

I’d like to be able to a feed (RSS/Atom/etc.) to trigger an automated post in Typefully, but targeting specific “cross-posting” accounts.

I am trying out Typefully - this is the feature that I need. I want to automate the creation of drafts for our accounts (different posts for different platforms) and have them automatically scheduled in out slots.

+1 on allowing us to upload drafts for all supported platforms.

10000% for this. The API is currently covering about 1% of what Typefully can do. It's not practically useful.
